Delivery and terms of use
Valid from 29.10.2026. These terms apply to Tutkat services and paid subscriptions on tutkat.fi and all Tutkat family sites.

2. Services
Free service: the radars' data pages, calculators, and weekly and monthly digests by email. Tutkat Pro: daily alerts on approaching deadlines, longer advance notice in the digests and deadlines in your calendar. Directory boost: a service provider's listing highlighted on the page of a chosen directory radar. Further details of the services are described in the price list.
3. Prices
Prices are in euros. Consumer prices include VAT at 25.5%. Business prices are shown + VAT 25.5%, with the price including VAT shown below. The total price including VAT is always shown before payment. The price cannot change during a paid period. Price changes are announced by email at least 30 days before the next charge, and you can cancel the subscription before the change takes effect.
4. Ordering and payment
A subscription requires a Tutkat account. The agreement is formed when payment is accepted or an invoice order is confirmed by email. Card and mobile payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Businesses can subscribe by invoice with payment terms of 14 days net; late payment incurs penalty interest in accordance with the Finnish Interest Act.
5. Recurring orders
Monthly and annual subscriptions are charged at the start of the period and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel a subscription at any time on the My account page. The subscription remains valid until the end of the paid period, and no refund is given for a period already started, unless required by law. A one-off withdrawal ends after 30 days without any further action.
6. Delivery
A service ordered by card payment opens immediately after payment. A service ordered by invoice is opened by the next working day at the latest. You will receive an order confirmation and a receipt by email.
7. Consumer's right of withdrawal
A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance-sales order within 14 days of the contract. You can withdraw with the electronic withdrawal function at tutkat.fi/peruuta (the Withdraw from contract link is at the bottom of every page and on the My account page) or by email to [email protected]. We send a confirmation that we have received your withdrawal notice to your email without delay. The confirmation shows the content of the notice and the date and time it was received. A subscription withdrawn during the trial period is free of charge. If you asked the service to start immediately, we refund the payment minus the share for the time used up to the withdrawal. The refund is made with the same payment method within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. The right of withdrawal for downloadable tools is described in section 13. The right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers.
8. Contents of the directory purchase
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the details of the item are correct and do not infringe anyone's rights. The feature is marked as a commercial collaboration. The seller has the right to remove unlawful, misleading or off-topic content; in that case the unused portion is refunded, unless the removal results from the buyer acting in breach of the terms. The seller does not guarantee any particular number of visitors for the feature.
9. Accuracy of information and liability
The information in the radars is compiled carefully from public sources, but it may contain errors or delays. The information is not legal, tax, loan or investment advice. Always check information that affects your decisions from the original source. The seller's liability to a business customer is limited to the amount paid for the service during the previous 12 months. The limitation does not apply to a consumer's rights under mandatory legislation.
10. Changes to and interruptions of the service
The service is being developed continuously. Material degradations to the paid service will be announced in advance, and the subscription can then be cancelled. Short maintenance and disruption outages are possible.
11. Complaints and dispute resolution
Send feedback or a complaint to [email protected]. We will reply within 7 days at the latest. A consumer may refer a dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi) and may first obtain help from consumer advice services. The agreement is governed by Finnish law.

13. Ready-made tools (digital content)
The tools are downloadable Excel and Word files. They are delivered to the My account page immediately after payment, and the download remains available for as long as the account is valid. The buyer receives the right to use the files in their own operations; resale and onward sharing are prohibited. Because delivery of digital content begins immediately at the buyer's request, a consumer has no right of withdrawal once the file has been downloaded (Consumer Protection Act, chapter 6, section 16). If a file is faulty or does not open, we will fix it or refund it.
14. Trial period
Plus and Pro monthly subscriptions include a free 14-day trial, which can be used once. Your payment card is saved with the payment service at the start of the trial. If you do not cancel the subscription before the trial ends, it continues automatically at the stated monthly price. You can cancel the subscription at any time on the My account page (Manage billing), in which case no charge is made.
