As a consumer you can withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of making it. Fill in the details, review and confirm. You get a confirmation by email straight away, showing the content of the notice and the date and time it was received.

Contract to withdraw from

For downloadable tools, the right of withdrawal ends when the download starts (Finnish Consumer Protection Act, chapter 6, section 16). Business customers have no right of withdrawal. You can always end a subscription at the end of the period on the My account page under Manage billing.
