Quick guide
- Enter the date of the party and the guests on the Vieraat tab.
- The number of people who answered Yes is transferred to the catering calculator automatically. If you wish, add a reserve and an extra margin %.
- Yellow cells (blue text) are input cells. Example rows are marked with the word ESIMERKKI (EXAMPLE) – replace them with your own details.
Catering factors
The quantity-per-person factors (cake, coffee, savoury, drinks, etc.) are indicative assumptions, not official norms. Adjust them to suit your own habits.
Discharge from liability
The tool is a planning aid. The calculations are based on the information you enter and on editable assumptions. The seller is not responsible for decisions made on the basis of using the tool.
How you get the files
- Log in or create a free Tutkat account.

Which program opens the files?
Excel files work in Excel and LibreOffice, Word files in Word and LibreOffice. There are no macros.

Can I cancel a purchase?
Delivery of digital content begins immediately, so the right of withdrawal ends when the download begins. If the file is faulty, we will correct or refund it. Read terms of delivery.
