The bundle is intended for SMEs that bid in public tenders.
Before you start
- A bid is always prepared according to the contract notice and the invitation to tender. Notices are published on Hilma (hilma.fi).
- The invitation to tender's own forms (price form, ESPD, requirements table, bid form) always take precedence. Transfer the texts in this package into them.
- Follow the submission method, deadline and language. A tender that arrives late is generally not processed.
Compatibility
Microsoft Word and Excel (2010 or newer), LibreOffice, Google Docs/Sheets. Open the Excel file and allow editing so that the formulas update (e.g. the TODAY() function).
