Quick guide

  1. Open the file in Excel, LibreOffice Calc or Google Sheets.
  2. Clear the example figures: type Esimerkit_Toimitila in the Name Box, press Enter, then Delete.
  3. Enter the premises details in the yellow cells (blue text).
  4. Choose the basis of comparison (point 6). The cheapest premises are shown in green.
  5. Go through the Checklist before signing the contract. All the ready-made figures are examples, not market prices. The tabs print on A4 sheets.

The file contains no macros or external links.

Which program opens the files?

Excel files work in Excel and LibreOffice, Word files in Word and LibreOffice. There are no macros.

Do I get a receipt?

Can I cancel a purchase?

Delivery of digital content begins immediately, so the right of withdrawal ends when the download begins. If the file is faulty, we will correct or refund it. Read terms of delivery.
