Which payment methods can I use?
Bank and credit cards and mobile payments offered by the payment service, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Businesses can also order against an invoice (14 days net).
How do I end a Plus or Pro subscription?
On the My account page under Manage billing. The subscription remains valid until the end of the paid period and no new charge will be made.
How do I withdraw from an order within 14 days?
As a consumer you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days with the Withdraw from contract function (also linked at the bottom of every page and on the My account page). You get a confirmation by email straight away. For downloadable tools, the right of withdrawal ends when the download starts.
Does the price include VAT?
Consumer prices include VAT at 25.5%. Business prices are shown + VAT, with the price including VAT below. You get a receipt for every charge with the VAT itemised.
What shows in a directory listing?
Your place's name, town, short description and link appear in the Featured section on the radar page you choose, marked as commercial cooperation. Inappropriate content is removed.
Is a free subscription still free?
Yes. All figures, calculators and weekly summaries remain free of charge. Pro additionally brings daily alerts and the calendar.
